Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, Soliplay.com will:
- Expeditiously review the notice to ensure it meets DMCA requirements.
- Temporarily remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material while we investigate.
- Notify the user or content provider who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it and provide information about the notice and how to submit a counter-notification.
- If we receive a timely and proper counter-notification, we may restore the material after the required waiting period under the DMCA, unless the complainant files a lawsuit seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A proper counter-notice must include the following:
- Your full name, address, and telephone number.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed (exact URL(s)).

- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the judicial district where your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of any U.S. federal district court) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed name is acceptable for electronic submission).
Send counter-notifications to the same DMCA agent contact listed above with “DMCA Counter-Notification” in the subject line. After receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that a lawsuit has been filed to restrain the activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Soliplay.com complies with the DMCA and reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to accounts or user privileges for users who are repeat infringers. We maintain a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Open-Source and Third-Party Games Disclaimer
Many games hosted or linked on Soliplay.com are open-source projects or made available by third-party developers. Where a game is licensed under an open-source license or provided under an explicit developer license, the source license terms apply. If you believe an open-source license has been violated, please include relevant license information in your DMCA notice to help us and the original developer address the issue promptly.
Good Faith and False Claims
Abusive or knowingly false DMCA claims and counter-notifications may expose the sender to liability. If we determine that a notice or counter-notice is materially false or abusive, we may take action including suspending the submitter’s account and pursuing other legal remedies available to us.
